Never wait on a quote again.
Traditional integrators take weeks to produce a simple quote. Speed is core to everything we do at Relling — from this page to automation running on your floor.

This is the part a person actually reads, and it drives the quote more than anything else on the page. The more specific, the better.
Nothing ITAR or export-controlled. Please don't upload ITAR, EAR-controlled or classified material. Geometry class, tolerance and volume are enough for a sound general quote — controlled work gets handled under agreement, after we've spoken.
Pick at least one.
Approximate is fine. Every one of these is exposed again in the payback calculator below.
Door to door, by a trained operator.
Required.Every variant through this station.
Required.High mix pays back sooner here, not later.
Required.Wages plus burden.
Required.Spec what you know. Anything marked "not sure" gets sized by us — that is normal, most jobs arrive with half of this open.
Farthest point the tool has to get to, from where the arm can stand.
Enter a reach, or tick not sure.Part plus fixture, if it holds one. Tooling weight is on us.
Enter a weight, or tick not sure.Included with every cell — along with lifetime and remote support. Runs on your floor, air-gappable. Nothing to choose here.
Included. Operator training is a first-class priority for us — we make sure the people running the cell can use it confidently before we call the install done, and we come back whenever they need a refresher.
These drive the integration work, which is the half of the job that isn't hardware.
Tell us where to send it.
A person prices it against what you wrote — that part we don't automate. In the meantime, the payback calculator below is yours to take apart.
Open the calculator ↓The same model that sizes your quote. Change the inputs and the payback moves with you.
Flexible robots — when this station is idle, the same cell runs other jobs: deburr one shift, tend a machine the next. Count the hours it could pick up.
Scrap, turnover, overtime and second jobs are what rarely make it into a business case, and they are usually what tips one. Set them to zero to argue on labour alone.
A cell wins on availability, not speed: an eight-hour shift is not eight hours of work once breaks, meals and shift change are counted.
